  • Renovation costs vary widely depending on scope, materials, and the condition of your existing home. A bathroom renovation typically starts from $25,000+. A full kitchen renovation from $40,000+; and full home renovations and extensions from $150,000 upward. We provide detailed, fixed-price quotes so you have full clarity before committing.

  • A bathroom renovation typically takes 3–6 weeks. A full kitchen renovation 4–8 weeks. Larger renovations and extensions can run 3–6 months depending on scope and consent timeframes. We'll give you a realistic programme during the quoting process.

  • We're builders first, but we work closely with architects, designers, and draughtspeople and can recommend trusted partners if you need design support before engaging a builder.

  • Yes - structural alterations including load-bearing wall removals are part of our scope and will require consent. We coordinate with a structural engineer where required to ensure the work is compliant.
